The room was cozy, clean, and had a great shower that was super powerful. The location is fantastic; it's just a short walk to transport and plenty of lovely cafes and pubs. I appreciated the fob entry system, which made things easier for us coming in late, and the staff were helpful with parking information.
No complaints! 😊.

Satisfactory breakfast with a great selection of food. Bright and immaculate rooms, nice bathroom. Location very close to pubs, cafe, shops, waterfront, and bus stops and train station to get into the centre of Liverpool. Situated only 1 km from New Brighton Tower.

The vibrant street art and nearby attractions like Marine Lake and Fort Perch Rock made family outings enjoyable. The staff were warm and accommodating, despite the busy atmosphere. Our spacious room was spotless, and the live entertainment provided a fun backdrop. A nice experience we would happily repeat!

missingWrote a review on 19 Decspacious family roomslocal attractionsnoise disturbances
The room offered decent space, suitable for a family. The hotel's proximity to local attractions elevated the experience, awesome for easy exploration of the area without needing long treks.
Unfortunately, noise disturbances from the bar were a major downer. The live band played until late, and rowdy guests lingered outside. I noticed that the shower had a temperamental heating system, switching from warm to freezing without warning. On top of that, the room decor was dated and in need of refurbishing. It was hard to justify the price paid for such a tired appearance. Other visitors partied into the early hours, and while it's not the hotel's fault, sleep was hard to come by due to shouting and commotion.
